SN here and I wanted to let you know that the hats got here in plenty of time for my husband`s birthday as you promised. AND I even had them a day early so he got his gift in time to wear one to his fishihg presentation. But mostly I wanted to thank you once again for a fabuous job. This is the second time you have been wonderfully patient and helpful for me. The second time you and your company have come through and made me look like a hero with a gift my husband absolutely loved. The embroidery is perfect and the colours are vibrant - I think you even slightly adjusted some of the colours to show the designs to their best advantage because in my wildest dreams i wouldn`t have imagined the jacket and these two hats to be as striking as they are. As he promised, the most gorgeous colors, the best embroidering ( oooh it looks soooo special!!!) and the perfect fit I hoped for, both in hat (thank you for the cloth back and not the leather back) and shirt (wow, it has nice pockets on the side and comfy lining so it is cozy and not nylon-slimy!! They look fabulous!!! Can't wait to see the Welcome Mat. You guys did a great job!!!!! Thanks for including application directions. Now if we can just get the weather to cooperate where we can take the old stick-on lettering off and place the new ones on we will be good to go!!! Today it is in the high 60's near 70, but tomorrow and the rest of the week it is going to be in the mid to low 40s. Boo!!!! When the weather gets just right and we get the lettering on, we will send you a picture. Thanks Marc, you have been very gracious in keeping me up-to-date on my order. I certainly appreciate it.
